Where are you Located?
We have no set location. We move around the city holding classes where we are contracted, or where people have requested us. Often, our classes are set up through Women's Resource Centres, or other organizations.

How do I set up a class?
With a minimum of 6 women (maximum of 16), we will bring a class to you. Find 5 other women and yourself, then call us! If you want a class in your area, but don't know 5 women who will commit to taking a course with you, contact your local Women's Resource centre, talk to your boss at work, or bring it up with other organizations you belong to. There may be a wider network of people who are interested that can help you set up a class, and find other people to take it!

What if I am not sure if WEN-DO is for me?
Give us a call! We will invite you to attend one of our classes one time, to get an idea of what we do.

Do you offer seminars?
YES! We offer "Intro to WEN-DO" seminars that typically run 1-2 hours in duration. If you are interested in setting this up, or you would like us to come to your workplace or other setting, please use the information on the contact page to let us know.

What is the youngest age you will teach?
The youngest age taught in Winnipeg is 8 years old Children this young will need special permission from the course instructor to enroll in the course. Acceptance will depend on maturity level and personal situation.

What is the oldest age you have taught?
The oldest women we have taught were 90 years of age, however, we have no upper age limit.

I have a physical disability/poor mobility/bad back, can I participate?
Yes, you can absolutely paticipate! Our goal is to teach any woman of any age and any physical ability level. If we are doing something that your body doesn't do, inform the instructor. She will help you to figure out what your body can do that will work.
